Yaariyan is an upcoming movie based on college students, their romance, their youthfulness and their adventures. The movie Yaariyan is from the makers of Aashiqui 2. Aashiqui 2 music is still topping the charts and people are looking forward for Yaariyan with open hands. The theatrical trailer of the movie was released on 30 October 2013 and in just a few weeks it has crossed 1 million views.
The movie is mostly shot in Darjeeling in St. Joseph’s School, Sikkim and Australia. The movie was about to release on 31st January, but has been preponed to 10th Jnauary 2013 now.

As expected, after knowing that Yaariyan is from the makers of Aashiqui 2, The music has got a nice response from the youth. The songs of the album are a mixed bag, with some really catchy tunes and great lyrics. Every song is different from others, unlike Aashiqui 2 the album Yaariyan has got a lot of variety. Peppy song from Yo Yo Singh has given added flavor to the music of Yaariyan. The album has total 12 songs to get on in the hearts of the youth.
